Okay, caught up – or I hope I am!  The CAW tool is now added in the Neighborhoods Section of The Sims 3 Programs page as well as the tutorials which can be found in our Sims 3 Tutorials section!  In order to run the program you will have to have the latest patch installed.  Sad part about it, it’s reported from many folks that there are problems with content from The Sims 3 Store not showing up, as well as disappearing neighborhoods and other issues.  So download at your own risk, hopefully we will get an official word from EA about what the heck is going on…
