I’m a huge EA/Maxis nut – you know that if you’ve been following the site.  However, Rosana from Sims Network is one as well.  Who comes out to be the most nuttiest (in a good way of course) remains to be determined but I think I’ll have to hand over the prize to her.  During her busy schedule Rosie whipped up a few stencils to decorate her window.  These aren’t your normal stencils…no, they are actually mind-blown-if-I-had-the-time-and-patience-to-pull-it-off-I-totally-would-create-them-myself Sims stencils!  Take a look at her completed project below, then visit her website to read how she made them!
