I rec’d and downloaded as well. Overall, it looks pretty good. All the creative names of things and layout looks good. The only thing to me was the cliff wall around everything. It may look better to use a bigger map, then paint the routing no-camera/no-walk so only the portion you want is visible.

Yes, got it to load! I added a few lots but still can’t figure out how to show the island without the special effect boxes so I can take a screenshot. But I’m pretty happy with it, can’t wait to make a post

Question-
I am going to use CAW to edit existed Riverview and Sunset Valley, so will that be possible? I want to add something for those two. I might create other new one, though. Thanks.

Well technically you can, but it won’t have any of the buildings or lots because the version that they give you, which is installed with CAW, is completely blank except for roads I wanted to do this as well and was really disappointed when it was only roads because I just wanted to add some more lots.
