Okay, I think this post will be the last that I write which shows off The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff.  Dutch fansite Simlicious has been hard at work and incredibly busy sharing many images from the first stuff pack, so hopefully this will help you determine if it is worth the $20 price tag or wait until it drops in price.  Great job for putting this together, Rensdesim!
