Pre-order The Sims 3 (360/PS3/Wii/DS) at GameStop
If you’re overly-excited from today’s news about The Sims 3 coming to the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii and DS then you’ll be pleased to know that GameStop is now taking pre-orders with an estimated due date of October 26 (NDS release states October 19th but keep in mind that all of these dates are just placeholder dates). Currently they are priced at $59.99 (360 and PS3), $49.99 (Wii) and $29.99 (DS).

Relatively good timing for me
Finally getting a new DS (the new DSi XL one, I’m hoping it’s actually going to be worth it) and lost most of my games in the last 6 months of being console-less.

May want to hold off on a DSi XL until E3 where Nintendo plans to unveil the Nintendo 3DS
People are estimating it may launch as soon as October/November

Can’t wait, you better be able to control your own sim like in sims 2. Instead of that stupid beam of light that only follows tue sims
