5/5/10 – new small Sims 3 Ambitions screen and Community Poll
Hmm, this might be a new screen, you never know. I found this one off an advertisement on the official Sims 3 site:
On the sideline, there’s a new poll they’ve released; “What type of new rabbit hole would you like to see in your game?”. Make sure you answer cause this is the kind of thing where EA is willing to give us what we want! (that is, if you want one of the options in the poll. I wanted “No Rabbit-holes” but that wasn’t an option… :()

The Vampire Hospital and the Coffee Shop have more votes… I’m guessing people really want vampires to be on the game.

The fact that they have Coffee Shop and Pizza Parlor on the list depresses me, its seems to be a sign that they won’t open the diner and bistro, since they are asking if we want more rabbit holes just like them.

I don’t like the pizza parlor and coffee shop. We already have a delivery man, what good a parlor could do, and the coffee shop, we have our own coffee maker. I’m settled with the diner and bistro… But if they have plans on opening them later, i might think it’s a good choice…
Anyways, I voted for vampire hospital. I want vampires!

Dissapointing…Obviously they have no intention on giving us any new community lots that are actuelly unique and open without them being rabbit holes. Shame…Why can’t they just give us new objects to make our own Pizza parlor! It would of fitted perfectly with ambitions.
We already have a rabbit hole supermarket and a rabbit hole Spa…why do we need new ones? Just give us the objects to make them ourselves. The modding community managed to open up every rabbit hole in the game while still allowing our sims to work there…and that was a mere few months after the game was released…why can’t Ea do it?
Its nothing to do with the stability of the game seeing that once I got rid of the rabbit holes and replaced them with normal lots my game actuelly ran faster.
I guess I’m just tired of all the towns looking the same…so much for an open neighborhood. Well if by open they mean… a few houses and a park or two.
