A new blog post has been posted by Lyndsay Pearson, Associate Producer for The Sims 3.  In her blog, she discusses the topic of Wishes and LifeTime Happiness.  Here’s a snippet from her post:

Wishes are a new system in The Sims 3 that provides you with a wide selection of requests that keep your Sims happy as well as working towards some neat short- and long-term goals and rewards. You can choose to promise to help your Sims with a wish or you can throw it away.  Satisfying a promised wish gives your Sim Lifetime Happiness Points and a feeling of fulfillment! What good are those you might ask? You’ll be able to use these Lifetime Happiness points to buy Achievement Traits for your Sims, and fulfillment keeps their mood up!
