For those of you who have been trying to log in to TheSims3.com and have been receiving the “Invalid” error – there is an issue and we are aware of it. We will need a few days to get the issue fixed.

If you receive this error – PLEASE DO NOT create a new account.

I know a few people who asked if I could help them out diagnosing their issues with the official site.  Hopefully once they are done with the fixes you’ll be able to have proper access
