I’ve yet to download the Barnacle Bay town from The Sims 3 Store, and I’m sure a number of you are in my same position. Regardless of your opinion on the town, I’m sure you would download it if it was free. Well, you may just have a chance! EA has struck another deal with another fast food giant – Wendy’s. I received word today from reader Tracy that Wendy’s is holding a Football related sweepstake in which you can win a 50″ television, home theater, and many other prizes. But while you will have to be extremely lucky to win one of the big prizes, they do have smaller tokens of gratitude – on certain products (like a medium soft drink) you can get a special code to use at the EA Store which will take $5 off any game – even giving you free standard shipping. Not a bad prize, if I say! Head on over to your Wendy’s restaurant and take up the special offer – it expires on Dec. 31st!

The Sims 3 is holding a contest and they want to community to participate! They want you to create a video based on the theme of “How the Toyota Prius Changed my Sims’ Life”. If you want to give it a shot, you need to download the Prius for your game here and then read the full details at the official site. I don’t think actual prizes are involved, but you will get your video showcased on the site if you win. I have a pretty good idea for this, but somehow I don’t think The Sims Team would approve of it…
