Got a treat for you. Now, I won’t be doing these that often, but I had the idea and wanted to give it a shot. It’s not everyday that one of my stupid ideas turn into reality, but I was pretty surprised at the end results.

Did you know? Back when I was younger, I was a world famous skateboarder. EA must of read my bio and to honor my skills, created an endtable in The Sims 3 Generations in my honor (the ‘Judson’s Endtable‘).

This video is sort of a thank you to the ones responsible in making this happen!

It’s not the best video in the world – I’m still undergoing the learning process of video editing.

Well, I tried….kind of, anyhow. Below is my first attempt to do a video podcast, and it is awful. I have a problem of being recorded by a camera, I suppose a fear…dunno, but I’m going to work at it to try and overcome it. I always wanted to make videos, but this ‘fear’ pretty much didn’t allow me. I’m not the best public speaker in the world either (can’t pronounce words worth a dang) – or have charming looks. But hey, over time, maybe I can get better…well, except for the looks. Pretty much stuck with what I have in that department. But I suppose my goofyness will make you laugh, and if I can at least do that, then we’re getting somewhere.

Anyhow, here’s my ‘unscripted and pretty much unedited (okay, I added a few pics) first podcast. I have a lot to work to do, I know. Hopefully someday I can be at least as 1/4th as good as Lazy Game Reviews.

Here’s my first attempt at creating a podcast. It’s horrible – I know, I’m not used to being recorded and I am not a great public speaker. I hope time and practice can fix that.

In the following podcast, I give thanks to Alexurt from SimsVIP.com for giving me a copy of The Sims 3 Deluxe, talk about a lucky Brazilian that got the game early, shared a wallpaper based on The Sims 3 Generations (and World Adventures) from Sims.Mixei.Ru and laughed at a few photos from Centrum Simow. Sorry that I haven’t been making new episodes for the podcast recently, but my PC got messed up when I installed Windows 7. I am currently in the process of getting my speakers repaired, preparing my PC so I can send Windows 7 back, and preparing my PC to sell it and buy an HPE-150T. Once I get my technical issues sorted out, I’ll being making new episodes, until then just keep up on the website. The 3rd episode of the podcast will be delayed because I have just gotten my wisdom teeth removed and my left cheek is completely swollen and is causing my voice to get messed up . I will try to get the new episode done as soon as possible.

The 3rd episode of the podcast will be released within the next week. I got a new microphone (I was using the one on my webcam) so the audio should be higher quality. Also, as of now we are ranked 14306 overall and 97 in our category on podomatic.com. So far we’ve had over 1000 feed views on podomatic alone and we’ve had downloaders from all but 2 continents (Antarctica and Africa). So far I have not recieved any video entries for the podcast so this segment will not be done unless we get submissions so please send your videos to simprogramsmailbag@yahoo.com or put your video on youtube and email us the link. Sticky Post! I feel like I’m repeating myself. First a YouTube comment, then an email response back to Luke and now to you guys. SimPrograms member ‘Luke S.’ has finished his project, ready for the first showing. What am I talking about? Well, he came up with the brilliant idea of a video podcast, reporting on the site’s news!

I would like to thank Luke a million times over, this was way more than what I was expecting (if you follow the site, you probably know I get excited similar to that Billy Mays pitches). I wish I had the speaking skills to pull this off myself. But hey, can’t be gifted in all areas (or in my case, none!)
