An interesting find by our very own Dan Spon1Player. It seems the credits have changed with Showtime. Unless this was with Master Suite. Anyone else notice this? EDIT – Our follower André has pointed out that both SimGuruRyan and Graham have mentioned this before. Oops! Turns out that they renamed EA Play/Redwood Shores to Maxis Redwood Shores. So we have Maxis Emeryville and Maxis Redwood Shores, cool eh? Check out the second and third pic for the low down.

A new expansion pack, a new monster. Well, I wouldn’t call a genie who makes your wishes come true, a monster. You can get a genie by buying it with lifetime wish points, it costs 30.000, an old and dusty lamp will show up in your inventory and obviously you need to rub it clean.The genie will appear and you can ask several thinks, with a limit of three wishes of course. After this your can tell your genie to go back into the lamp again. When the genie is a close friend or your lover you can set it free, this means he will become a regular blue Sim in your household.

Another fan wish that has been answered in Showtime is the ability, via the new Simport function, to visit other players games. While it may not give the interaction that many people hoped for, it does give an added social dimension, along with extra funds and lifetime points for host sims. An added bonus is that you can also unlock exclusive stage props
