In general EA news today, Joystiq reported on a new agreement between EA Games and Extreme Music. The deal is between EA’s music, they have given the rights for Extreme to use over 2,000 original pieces by the video-game industry giant for television ads, movie trailers or any other various media opportunities.
So if you hear any music from The Sims, SimCity or Spore on the TV, don’t be confused if it’s used to sell you toothpaste or something.
