Way too cool.  SimCookie passed along a link for an amazing Eiffel Tower lot to use in The Sims 3 complete with a park!  Very beautiful, and you won’t have to wait until World Adventures either!  But why stop there?  There are many other fantastic designs to create a ‘Paris’ of your own (or any other French location for that matter!  I didn’t fully explore the Exchange, but I did find a few that caught my eye:
